How panar.in handles fans' data: what we collect, why, where it is stored and how to delete it all.

1. Data controller

Personal data is controlled by Stanislav Belogay, the owner of panar.in. Contact for anything about your data: stanislav@belogay.ru.

This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and covers all data panar.in receives from its visitors.

2. What we process

  • your email address — when you sign up;
  • when you sign in with Yandex, VK ID, Mail.ru or Telegram — your account id in that service, plus your name and email if the service shares them;
  • your nickname and, if you choose, a profile picture;
  • your password — only as a one-way hash, never the password itself;
  • when you signed up, last signed in and accepted this policy;
  • technical data: IP address and browser details in server logs, the session cookie;
  • Yandex Metrica data: cookies, IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, where you came from, and on-page activity (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement).

The guestbook needs no account: it keeps only the name and text you chose to publish.

3. Why

  • to let you sign up, sign in and recover access;
  • to run contests and predictions and their leaderboards, which show only your nickname and picture;
  • to send service emails: email confirmation and password reset;
  • to keep the site working and protect it from abuse;
  • to measure traffic and improve the site, using Yandex Metrica.

We send no advertising and never share data with third parties for marketing. Yandex Metrica data is processed by Yandex LLC on the controller's behalf under the service terms of use.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box when you sign up (Art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ). It lasts until you withdraw it.

Yandex Metrica runs on the consent you give by continuing to use the site after the cookie notice. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser or installing the Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on.

5. Storage and protection

Data is stored in a database on servers in the Russian Federation and is not transferred abroad. Emails go out through the controller's own mail server.

Protection includes HTTPS, storing passwords and one-time links only as hashes, limits on sign-in attempts and restricted server access.

Data is kept while your account exists. Deleting the account removes it from the database at once and from backups within 30 days. Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.

6. Cookies

The site uses a strictly necessary session cookie (panarin.refresh) to keep you signed in, and remembers your colour theme and that you have seen the cookie notice in the browser.

It also runs a Yandex Metrica counter, which sets _ym_* and yandexuid cookies, counts visits, builds click maps and records anonymised sessions (Webvisor). Your account email, anything you type into forms and the one-time links from our emails are never sent to Metrica. No advertising cookies are used.

7. Your rights

  • change your nickname, picture and password in your account;
  • delete your account with all its data using “Delete account” — this also withdraws your consent;
  • ask what data we hold, or have it corrected or deleted, at stanislav@belogay.ru. We reply within 10 working days.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated; the current version is always on this page. Version of 5 October 2026.
